Terms And Conditions Of Service

  1. Regular service shall be available during normal business hours 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday. Minimum of two (2) hours per service request

  2. Overtime service shall be upon request during all other hours

  3. Overtime/Emergency service shall be charged at a rate 1 ½ times that of the prevailing T&M Rate (Emergency service is only available to maintenance contracted customers)

  4. Overtime/Emergency service shall be charged at a minimum of four (4) hours

  5. ALL service will be considered chargeable until the technician makes an on-site determination

  6. Customer service will respond within 24-48 hours to schedule a technician to be on site

RATES: Per hour and per technician

Voice / Data - $ 100.00

Security / Fire - $ 140.00

AV / IT / Computers - $ 105.00

We also offer telephone support which is due upon service

Telephone Support - $50.00 per ½ hour

Telephone support is scheduled per technician availability
