RedRock announced this month that it has initiated work on more than 1,700 multi-family residential units in the first quarter of 2019. The work, which combines installations at The Irvine Company's Santa Clara Square and Los Olivos properties, draws on multiple RedRock service disciplines (wifi, data cabling, security, DAS, etc).
"We're honored to be part of these projects and thrilled to be having one of our most successful and aggressive first quarters in company history," said RedRock founder Tom Swanecamp.
RedRock began work on The Santa Clara Square development in 2018. The third phase of the project, which kicked off this year on buildings 6 and 7, includes 450 multi-family units. At Los Olivos, RedRock began work on buildings 1-5, which encompasses 1,400 multifamily units.
