The individual we are seeking is a quality minded person with minimum 10 years’ experience in fire alarm design. CAD, BIM, Navisworks, NICET level 3 & 4 certification a plus. In addition, you must have a working knowledge of NFPA, codes, layout, design, survey work and stock listing.
Provide support to Engineering department by preparing complex layouts of the following:
Fire alarm systems
Sketches and diagrams
Oversees work of design trainees and design technicians and provides these employees with feedback, assistance and direction.

10+ years experience a must.
Must be thoroughly familiar with fire alarm system design, and include knowledge of EST (Edwards), Silent Knight, Fire Lite, Notifier, and Mircom Fire alarm products.
Excellent computer skills – MS Office, Acrobat, Email, etc.
Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
