Tom has over 25 years of experience in the field of structured voice & data cabling systems. Upon graduating from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1987, he moved to Southern CA and first worked as a Telecommunications Technician.

In 1994, he started a Cabling Division for Orange Coast Datacomm.  It generated revenue in excess of $15M and the company was sold to Kent Datacomm in 1998. In 2002, he decided to resurrect his dedication, hard work and vision that made his previous company a success and founded Redrock Security and Cabling, Inc.

Tom is an active board member for Miracles for Kids; a nonprofit organization that helps to improve the lives of children with life-threatening illnesses and low income families receiving treatment at CHOC (Children’s Hospital of Orange County), CHLA (Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles) and Mattel Children’s Hospital.  He also helped co-found the non-profit Waves of Impact; a surf camp that was created to introduce autistic children and wounded veterans to the thrill of being in the ocean and riding waves.
