Chad is a broadly experienced executive with a 20+ year track record of success working with growth stage technology companies to expand and improve their revenue and profitability, primarily within the tech manufacturing, tech infrastructure build-out, and clean energy industries.

Prior to joining RedRock, Chad mostly recently spent eight years with TAE Technologies, Inc., as the company’s SVP Finance & Administration. During his tenure there, TAE raised more than $500M to finance the development of their cutting-edge work developing nuclear fusion energy production technology.

Prior to TAE, Chad spent five years with DDi Corp. (acquired by ViaSystems, Inc.), a publicly traded provider of printed circuit board manufacturing and engineering services, ending his tenure there as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. Earlier, he served in a variety of finance and strategic planning roles with several technology manufacturing and software companies, including Tektronix (acquired by Danaher Corporation) and Taleo Corporation (acquired by Oracle). He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, initially in the firm’s Technology audit practice in San Francisco and later in the Financial Transformation management consulting practice based out of New York.

Chad earned a BA in Accounting and Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California.
